General policies, terms, and conditions.

Booking & Payment

All sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A session is considered confirmed once the date and time have been agreed upon and the required retainer has been received.

A 10% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due 7 business days before your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

Because your session date is reserved specifically for you, retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling is welcome when possible and is subject to availability.

If Peach & Poppy needs to cancel or reschedule your session due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or another circumstance outside of our control, we'll work with you to find a new date whenever possible.

Weather

For outdoor sessions, Mother Nature gets a vote. If weather conditions are unsafe or are likely to significantly affect your session, we may recommend rescheduling.

Weather-related rescheduling does not count as a client cancellation, and we'll work together to find another available date.

Late Arrivals

Your session time is reserved specifically for you, so please plan to arrive on time. If you're running late, just let me know!

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session if another appointment follows yours. Unfortunately, additional shooting time cannot always be accommodated.

Your Session

Please come prepared and ready to have a good time! Clients are responsible for communicating any important details, special requests, accessibility needs, or other considerations before the session.

For sessions involving children or pets, clients are responsible for their supervision and safety.

Editing & Final Images

Every image delivered by Peach & Poppy is individually selected and edited in the Peach & Poppy style.

Your final gallery will include the strongest images from your session. Unedited, duplicate, test, or rejected images are not provided.

Standard editing includes adjustments to color, exposure, contrast, cropping, and other artistic elements. More extensive retouching may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Image Delivery

Final images will be delivered through an online gallery.

The typical turnaround time is 7-14 business days, but will be communicated when your session is booked and may vary depending on the type of session, season, and current workload.

Once your gallery is delivered, you're responsible for downloading and safely storing your images. Your gallery will be available for one year.

Copyright & Personal Use

Peach & Poppy retains the copyright to all photographs created during your session.

Clients receive permission to download, print, share, and enjoy their delivered images for personal, non-commercial use.

Please do not sell, license, substantially alter, or use your photographs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Portfolio & Social Media

I love sharing the work I create! Unless otherwise discussed, Peach & Poppy may use photographs from your session on its website, social media, portfolio, and other promotional materials.

If you'd prefer that your photographs remain private, please let me know before your session. Your privacy is important, and I am happy to discuss your preferences.

Respect & Safety

Peach & Poppy is committed to creating a comfortable, respectful, and safe experience for everyone.

I reserve the right to end a session if a client's behavior is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise creates an unsafe environment.

A Note on Style

Photography is an art form, and every photographer has a particular way of seeing and editing the world.

By choosing Peach & Poppy, you're trusting me to bring my own creative perspective to your session. While I'll absolutely listen to your ideas and requests, I can't guarantee specific poses, photographs, lighting conditions, or other creative outcomes.
